Creavoya is a one-person studio. You can reach it at hello@creavoya.com.
What the site stores
- If you create an account: your email, the name you type, and a membership status.
- If you pay: a Paystack customer code, subscription code, and payment reference. Not your card number. Paystack collects that on its own page.
- If you join the list: your email address.
- If you send the contact form: your name, email, topic, and message.
What the games store
Nothing. Word search, the Matching Game, and flashcards run in the browser. They do not ask for a child's name, email, or photo. If you press “Hear the word”, your device speaks it. That audio is not uploaded.
Accounts are for adults
Sign-up is meant for parents, teachers, and adult learners. Creavoya does not knowingly collect personal information from children. If a child's data was sent in by mistake, write and ask for it to be deleted.
Cookies
There are no advertising or analytics cookies. If you sign in, Supabase stores an essential session cookie so you stay logged in. That cookie is not used to follow you around the web.
Who else sees data
- Supabase hosts the database and login, on the free plan unless the studio changes that.
- Paystack processes membership payments.
- Etsy processes printable purchases if you buy there. Their policy covers that checkout.
- The host that serves the website (Netlify, unless you move it) can see ordinary server logs, such as an IP address and the page requested.
How long, and deletion
Account, list, and message rows stay until you ask for them to be removed, or until you delete the account. Write to hello@creavoya.com. Say which email you used. The studio does not sell personal information.
